Choose the route for your task

01

Mobile money

Find a verified route for deposits, withdrawals or loan repayments. Never share a PIN.

02

USSD

Verify the code and available actions before starting. If a session ends, do not retry an unknown code.

03

Member portal

A real portal should provide secure login, activity, records and support. This public site does not log you in.

04

Human support

When technology does not work, use an authorised person or service point.

SAFE ACCESS

A trusted service explains what it does.

Before using a channel, know its name, what it supports, where to get help and what to do if a session ends.

Read safety guidance

What not to enter on a website

  • 01A PIN or OTP.
  • 02A member password.
  • 03An account number or ID.

RECOGNISE THE SIGNS

An urgent message? Pause and check.

Fraud can imitate an account problem, a prize or technical support. Open each warning sign to see a practical response.

Someone asks for your PIN or OTP

Do not share them, even with someone claiming to be staff. End the conversation and use an official contact you find independently.

Your phone unexpectedly loses network service

It may be a normal outage or a SIM issue. Contact your mobile operator from another phone. If you suspect an account risk, notify your financial provider through a verified route.

Someone asks you to install an app or open a link

Do not install remote-control software because of an unexpected message. Use the website or app store confirmed by the provider.
